I founded this company to continue doing what I've done for over 20+ years as a noted and awarded educator and educational trainer for new and existing educators & administrators. I've developed hundreds of educators in at-risk and diverse school regions while evaluating several non-profit programs as a subject matter expert- hired by school boards to infuse the possible in the classroom.
In short, I create programs for 1:1, group, and year-long development targeted directly to classroom pain points and rooted in creating equitable environments that are culturally responsive for all students.
